Exchanges/Returns/Shipping


At Pureza, we want to offer you the best service, which is why we accept exchanges of garments. To exchange your garment, you must follow these steps:

1. The maximum period for exchanges is 15 calendar days after purchase.

2. The maximum period for returns is 5 days after purchase.

3. The garment must be in perfect condition with the tag intact and no evidence of being worn; otherwise, the exchange will not be processed.

4. You must contact our customer service lines to receive information on how to resend the garment.

5. Once you send it, you must share the tracking number with us.

6. Once we receive the garment, we will notify you and proceed to send you the other garment you requested.

7. We only make exchanges for another garment.

8. If the customer requires a refund and the purchase was made virtually, and if it meets the return times (3 days after receiving the garment), 90% of the total money will be refunded due to logistics.

9. Purchases made directly in a physical store do not accept returns, only garment exchanges, and if they meet the deadlines.

10. Discounted garments are not eligible for exchange or return. Garments purchased on pre-order or custom-made are not eligible for return.


IMPORTANT: The cost of shipping for exchanges and returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

The warranty period is 1 (one) month from the time of purchase.

Pureza is exempt from liability arising from the warranty when it demonstrates that the defect or imperfection of the garment results from:

· Improper use of the product by the Customer.

· When the Customer did not follow the product care instructions described below.

A warranty is effective if the garment has not been modified or altered, that is, if no changes have been made, such as in the length of dresses or sleeves.

Garment Care Instructions:

Hand wash at room temperature, do not use bleach, do not wring, do not use a washing machine or dryer. We recommend washing each of our garments separately.

Shipping Times

Shipping to Bogotá is estimated to take 2 business days. Shipping to main cities in Colombia takes 2 to 3 business days.

Important regarding Delivery Times

Pureza carries out shipments through external transport companies.

Once the order is delivered to the transport company, delivery times may vary depending on the operation, destination area, weather, peak seasons, or other factors beyond the brand's control.

Therefore, Pureza is not responsible for delays, postponements, or eventualities generated by the transport company after the package has been dispatched and registered in the system.

However, we will always be available to help you track and provide you with the information within our reach to support you in the process.
